The Training and Placement Cell of Thai Moogambigai Polytechnic College is actively engaged in preparing students for successful careers in engineering and allied fields. The cell provides systematic training in interview skills, aptitude tests, written examinations, and group discussions to enhance students’ employability and professional confidence.

Industry and academic experts regularly visit the institution to deliver pre-placement talks and conduct mock interviews, enabling students to understand industry expectations and recruitment practices.

The college has established an Industry–Institution Partnership Committee comprising experts from academia, industry, and research organizations. These members interact with students through guest lectures, workshops, and technical sessions on emerging technologies, industrial trends, innovation, creativity, and professional ethics. The cell also promotes entrepreneurship by equipping students with essential career and business skills.
