Electronics and communication engineering is a branch which involves the design, development of electronic and communication systems. The department was started in the year 1985 and has got experienced staff members. The students gain knowledge on logic gates, combinational & sequential circuits, IC applications in analog and digital laboratory, AM/FM modulation, demodulation, transmitters & receivers in communication engineering laboratory, circuit layout, etching & soldering practice from PCB design & fabrication laboratory. The three year course teaches the students on various practical skills like communication engineering, electronics, embedded devices etc. The scope for diploma holders is rapidly increasing in embedded device testing, IoT device support, optical fiber communication, mobile network installation, electronics equipment manufacturing, telecom infrastructure services, medical electronics, consumer electronics etc.
